There is science behind  this , don’t want to bore u with stupid research links and all .. lol .. breakfast 🥞 cheyatham walla insulin levels Perigi ( mostly simple sugars tintam bf lo ) u will feel hungry soon , coffee walla insulin levels raise a little and caffine walla no hunger . I would suggest eat protein like eggs within 30 min of waking and let me know how u feel . Theory prove cheydhham

roju 30 mins lo ga eggs kastam, first 1-2 weeks fun ga untadhi, once you used to it, you will start skipping it, too or easily addicted to some other junk
