adhedho vaallu allocate chesina water icheseytattu. ivvatledhu anedhey kadha problem. ippudu allocate chesina water kooda ivvaru (as a percentage when there is a crisis).

Kaveri is not the main source of water for KA. There are 2 other rivers bigger than that in KA. thungabhadra is one. but the politically powerful castes live in the kaveri delta, which is close to bangalore. 

rest of the state doesn't give a damnn to kaveri agitations.

rivers are split according to their basin areas. Kaveri runs longest in TN, hence larger share.

Kaveri water does not reach chennai (big lol to that explanation).
