Take a watch with hands (not the digital ones). Put the mouse on top of it. Hands in the watch always keep moving, so there will be activity to your mouse

this is highly controversial and might be tad insecure but  program called move mouse ani untaadhi

it keeps moving your mouse by a pixel so that your screen  doesnt lock you out 

we use it on our dashboard monitoring screens/TV's at work so that  user isnt locked out due to inactivity
