1) Ask for 1 month time period for joining ...india poyi vachi (while h1 transfer is in progress) join avvadam.. 

2) First join ayyi (H1 pp lo cheyinchi)...  first month lo leave petti india velli ravadam  ( not sure first month lo ne leave istharo ledhu)

which one is safer?

India poyochi join avatam better... join ayina ventaney leave teeskovatam neeku manchidi kada aa company lo long term undalantey.. 

and some teams may not allow that..

so tell them you will join after a month and want all the transfer processes to be completed meanwhile...
