spec   ialty occu    pation is not the biggest of your problems, attorneys are handling this

biggest problem is academic part to prove in spec   iality occu   pation, even if you prove that the the job is spec   ialty occu  pation,  spec  ialty occu  pation needs same filed of study as work

how to prove a pharma academic background guy doing a specialty occupation IT job and still claim that the job requires bachelors degree ??

its hard to prove, anduke there are firms like silver   gate who does the eval   uation and expert opinions, attorneys submit these to you U C S I S 

 

their handbook says that each year of lack of IT academics can be compensated with 3 yrs of IT experience, that means 12 yrs IT experience can put you same as US educated IT bachelor degree, this has been the norm from long time, they are checking it now
