Full Time kada you should be fine I guess . Not to discourage you baga RFE padutunnayi asking how masters degree is related to area of work . I have MS in CS and query asked to show how it is related to EEE. Also stated application developer job ki skilled worker akkarledu. Lawyer told any one can learn and do this job without degree is their intent we should prove them wrong ani . Friend is Btech and Ms in CS and he got same query which I feel is ridiculous.

Hmm. Does your job description only require bachelors? If so the rfe maybe valid since your bachelors is not cse. How does changing clients validate your rfe? Malli padadhu ani enti. Should you not get Wes evaluation? On the same vein nenu Java ne should I do any certifications to strengthen my case? Scjp undi eppatidho

EEE lo kuda computer architecture, Databases , c , c++ and java unnayi kada ? I can’t suggest if certifications help as I don’t know myself how to answer this query . Lawyer said we got to prove USCIS wrong and there are few cases of denial . I am listening from friends too that they got this RFE. 

I don’t want lawyer to answer this query as it’s hard to prove client need or don’t need a degree . If I get lucky may be I will get approval with new client . 

To answer your question , having certifications doesn’t hurt. At least helps  to get interviews.

This is old trick, try chesuko workout avvuthundhemo. neku client letter isthunta, dont submit it first. RFE wait chesi, vallu client letter medha RFE vestharu if you are lucky then submit it...this is not guaranteed trick.

nee case lo def. RFE vacha chances unnai, so better divert it if you can.
