Amaravathi capital region and outer region lo rates went sky high..

Dec lo Rs14000 per sql yard undedhi, after sankaranthi they shoot up the price to Rs22000 per sq yard.

siggu leni janalu and real estate broker gallu..

Hyd lanti city lo ne aa rate lu levu konni years kirtham varaku..

Akkada capital city ki inka head ledhu tail ledhu,, aa rate lu enti...

incase even if you afford to buy land in capital area, there are strict rules like Singapore, you cannot use all the area for bulding, you need to leave 30% of free space and build in the rest area.

If you have 50 lakhs in hand, better invest in Hyd, Vizag or Vijayawada..

Amaravathi & vijayawada most overpriced piece of $hit......... gannavaram lo 8 crores per acre anta......... aa price ki lo I can buy same amount of land near(within 5km) shamshabad lo or Vizag.

Note: even if you invest in amaravathi, the demand to the city grows only with the growing population in that area. which I dont think the population goes high atleast in the next 20 yrs...

Hyd lanti maha nagaram lo population pergadaniki chala reason unnayi.. it is diversfied place and people from all corners of the country came to hyd ..

aa amaravathi lo just singapore buildings katsthe population perigipodhu...

assalu ippatiki ippudu Govt workers ki house lu, love da mlas ki house lu, governor ki house lu,

assembly lu ivvani em avasaram.. Hyd common captial ga 10yrs unnapudu ee love da eshalu enti CBN ki..

mundhu polavaram and bsic needs finish cheyamnu..

astha manam bodi gadi ucha meeda posukokunda konchem reality lo undamanu CBN ni..

Thats the reason i didn't preffer to buy anything in capital...i only prefer to buy based on practicality and sensible rate

same thing happened near shamshabad kada bro.. kokapeta aunty popular ayyindhi dani valle ga mari.. adi ok na? At some point rates will saturate. If you understand how development works you will reply in another style.

did you ever go to Amaravti recently? Just asking. Without really seeing what's happening you cannot conclude on this bro. Nuvvu oka own house construct cheyyali ante you plan like crazy and spend your time and energy to research alantidi if you want to build a capital without clarity of source of funds how can you do it everything in 10 years? I'm not advocating any political party but just fundamental understanding on how people react as if it's piece of cake

15k/sq yard is nothing man. nenu 2 months nunchi chusthunna vijayawada lo land kondham ani. min 30k/sq yards ekkada ledhu.

Bhandar road ki dhagara unda plots eithe min. 80/sq yard, from autonagar to poranki.. koncham decent area like currency nagar eitha min 70k/sq.yard. 1.5cr cash pattukuni ready ga unna no good deals, if you want to buy and build for yourself.. only apts ki eitha workout avuthnnai a prices that too there is no guarantee that apts will be sold for your expected prices..
