without gov employees how can you run state department work? You need everything to be done on time but you don't want to show a place for them to work and stay? That area lo do you think there are houses for people? What if your parent is government employee and asked to work/transfer to that area? where do you stay? 1 lakh employees ki accommodation ela vastadhi raja? Reality is different. You have to go there to understand how things work. Remote ga everyone can advise lot of things.

Govt empolyeess undataniki mamulga kattukonte chaalu . prathi dick and harry gadiki singapore designs enduku man..

public money is being misused for the luxury of these idiot politicians.

Vijayawada lo land prices ki oka calculation undadu man, bandhar road lo each sq. yard 2lakh., neku Hyderabad lo ekkada aa rates undav..but atleast now demonitization valla rates peragatham aggipoyav and in some places they started declining too. definitely in next few year most of the prices which are in cr will come down since its getting tough and tough to show white money to buy properties..kani appudu dhaka manam money bank lo pettukuni kurcholem kadha so still transaction happening in hope..

City  cannot be built  in overngiht. it takes lot many years to take a shape. if these rates were quoted atleast to the close reality completion time on captial city, then it make more sense.

after constructing something for temporary you will redo after everything in the area complete? That's not how planned cities are being made. Asala one capital construction is not like a pony talk between you and me bro. If you don't like CBN that;s a different story but anyone in his place also undergo same criticism.

Ok if you say that temporary arragements are waste of time and money, they why did CBN built temporary secretariat and assembly in velegapudi..

lot of publcik exchequer is being wasted. dont tell me that they will use those buildings for another govt purpose.

did you ever go there? It is going to convert to IT office. Assembly is basic. if he don't do that you are the same person going to say "CBN is waste he did not even have a place so sit and talk" ani. Looks like you get agitated by development.

why are you defending on amaravathi area. It sounds  you invest a lot in capital area..

CBN is losing traction and his best strategies are no more in picture.

he is always bending keens to the central govt  for the chillara funds which are not even worth, for the state, and he is not as aggresive,  as he was during 1994-2003.

One thing I can say TDP is gng to sink in AP if CBN wont change his attitude and working style.

he never encourage any other TDP leaders.. why he is highlighting bloddy beggar lokesh..

true.but I guess people investing are not expecting immediate profits. they are thinking in time frame of 10 years at least. People who anticipate immediate profit will buy in acres and sell as plots. People who buying plots are ready to keep them for 10-15 years for their kids. At end of the day Amaravathi is capital of Andhra, some day it will get developed too right..? so people are investing now for that day .
