almost every NRI want to buy in Amaravati. If the capital announced in Seema they will shift there. NRI's are the only increasing the prices. India lo antha petti no one can afford.

I agree this part..nenu aa rates vadhura babu anna kuda aa bokka maa vurlo kuda atuitu ante unai antunnaru konthamandi frnds...the simple logic they are missing was how far is the two lands they are comparing to the city centre ani

its not about calculation man...its about demand and supply...nuvvu hydlo shopping cheyali ante you can get it done in kukatpally, panjagutta and other places...but vjwlo shopping complete cheyali ante unna oke dikku bandar road....previously it used to be besant road and everything shifted to bandar road in past 15 yrs...so you can imagine what level of business you can capture there... the other part is in 2011-2012 registration department increased the gov valuations to 100% for consecutive 2 yrs...usually per year 10-12% penchutaru....so imagine if you have a plot which is around 10lakhs as per gov value in 2010 it was increased to 20L in 2011 and 30L in 2012...and as you know the market value is always inflated on top of it based on the area and demand...thats the reason prices are high in krishna district...anduke comparatively Guntur districtlo rates takkuva untai

Tadpally & Mangalagiri is hot cake place and stratagically good location to vja & Amaravati but prices already very high.

i dont think so....its all about relativity...bandar road autonagar to kanur kuda 86-80ks cheptunnaru...Tadepallylo around 40-50k undi sq yrd...future growth point of viewlo chuskunte its better to invest in Tadepally...5-7yrslo super appreciation untadi

1 acre went to 60lakhs around in Peddakurapadu during capital announcement but now 30lakhs.

adi tarvata padeyru kada elago...its not the same as your childhood man...tier-3 townlo kuda theatres AC chesestunnaru...so going forward evadanna infraki karchupedtaru...and now construcitons are all made keeping next 15- 30yrs in mind
