i am thinking to sell my 1000sq yard plot in thullur and investing in outside which one youadvise tadepally or paritala. we can buy land in acres near Paritala.

Repurpose antunaru, if u are investing so many crores then tell openly wat will it be used for ? Lotu budget lo unnaru antunaru kada, u shud have concrete ideas on wat is going to be done with those n wat is d cost associated with those ? Initially my plan was to buy a land in decent area and leave it for now and then after 2 years I planned to build 4 independent floor building and sell other 3 floors and keep one for myself. ela chedham anta min. land aa 2cr avuthundhi and then waiting 2 years means another 40lakh in bank interest. building ki 2 cr aina each floor aina almost each floor 1.25cr paduthundhi. with all that effort its not worth it. So I decided to buy a land and give it for development and in 1year I will get some profit on my investement and then I can buy Independent floor house in where every I want later.
