initially I looked near by currency nagar areas. 50k/sq.yard takkuva ekkada ledhu. I want to have a house in that area.. i taught to build 3 or 4 floor independent floor house and keep one for myself..work out ayyadattu ledhu bcz of land prices.. so now looking to buy land in murali nagar for 28k/sq yard and give for development..mahanadu road extend avuthundhi and it is going trough murali nagar, kanuru etc..

this way I dont need to keep money idle and I get some profit out of development.. then I can buy where ever I want later..

antha luxury emi ledu bro. Andhuke you have to visit and see how it will re-purpose. It can be very well used for IT company. Current assembly hall can be used as auditorium. It's little too much for IT but it's not out of scope.
