city: The Mauritius polity has pulled India to the International Court of righteousness for mediation in the InduTech Zone finances case. 

InduTech Zone IT SEZ had failed to take off after CBI chargesheeted Andhra opponent boss Jagan Mohan Reddy in a swindle referring the land assigned for the goal. 

Indu Shyam Prasad Reddy, who was promised to create the SEZ, had owed the land to lift debts and cleaned part of it. Reddy, along with others, was scheduled in the same case. 

As the SEZ case got involved in court-ordered tangle, shrub finances LLC of Mauritius, which holds 49% share in InduTech Zone, through FDI, came the Mauritius polity, which acted up the case for mediation. The Mauritius polity acted up the case under a symmetrical treaty for protection of finances. 

a top official of Telangana State Industrial structure firm (TSIIC) expressed TOI, “a court-ordered notice has been sufficed by the Mauritius polity in the name of PM Narendra Modi, expressing that shrub LLC has been victimized. The applicant, shrub LLC, expressed the bay would be over $50 million and desired mediation. In the notice, the Mauritius polity has repeated joined Nations Commission on International sell collection version collection on commercialized mediation.” 

Besides the PM, the notice also mentions defamations of finance clergyman, collection clergyman, transaction clergyman and urban affairs clergyman as codefendants.

there is always that disclaimer that all accused are innocent until proven guilty..

so until then anyone can contest in politics...

if Supreme court says put Jagan behind bars, he is guilty of all the scams, then that will be the final nail.
