EMI test cheyyali. what is your output. if both files match then yes, else No ? or you want to see if there is any diff between them. 

 

you can try difflib in python  to display the differences between two files.

If the data is column wise or row wise then export the data to spreadsheet and do lookup on the relevant column or row

may be python is option but it take lot of time.

Excel not a good option I guess.
