Employer asking notary bond

recently i got a project, my employer ask me to signing the notarized bond for 1 yr. he is offering very less pay. if i go with another employer after 6 months. is there problem with my first employer?

dont get into such one sided employment agreements, they are going to bite you at a later time, you will end up spending whatever the low money you will be earning now on attorneys

better find a different employer and job

OPT Bhayya, support anni isthunnadu  H1 yesthunnadu. 1 yr long contract(Probably extends) with BIG MNC in financial side client.  NJ area

should i take risk on this, for signing the doc?

notarized bond is illegal ... it comes as a bonded slavery...

If pay start immediately better take that job instead of sitting idle for couple of months. At the end of the year you will end up with same savings. No problem....U can sign 1001 notary papers.......in US one side agreement(s) related to job r not legitimate...period
