No specific reason .. some specialists say due to CAD/IHD .. reasons would be several like alcoholic, smoking, obese and also there would be certain times people feel loss of breathe, pain in left or middle chest/heart area 

Mostly, it happens in adults at any age. Kids Cardiac arrest is rare or none.

A cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), manually trying to start the heart beat with a rythm of forces try chesthaaru if doesn't work bad luck but there are also people who survives resuscitation kind of re-birth
