It has failed in boosting Industrial production in India, and even in AP/TG. so what are the reasons for the failure according to the tech CM? Has he addressed it this time around? Does he have the political balls to fight both the center and the labour unions in the state to push his agenda, or is he just selling a vision that is as unattainable as before? more importantly are the conditions ripe for the gamble? like are there enough people to fill the semi skilled jobs, is the infra ready, are the networks ready, etc. world economy is such a complicated game that even the most experienced fund managers can't crack. what can a Cm do? its best if CMs just concentrate on the welfare of the people, and leave business to the experts. my opinion.
