I understand rejection is bad. But why go to India immediately? They can appeal the rejection kada?

Recently naa friend ki reject ayyindi. Appeal chesaru, approval came but he had to go to India for stamping (797B instead of 797A). Right now he is in India

Google anta big company kada. Dont they do appeals?
