level I wages rejection

Btech or MS not in CS rejection

No proper documentation like client letter or contracts between all parties - rejection

As long as you have a BTech or MS in CS, getting level II wages with a client that is giving you all the documents you will be good. Most of the clients are giving client letters now a days. In cases the client is not giving a client letter, ask the vendor for a copy of the contract between the vendor and the client and submit contracts between all the parties involved and you will be fine.

If possible don't accept contracts where there are multiple layers. EmployerVendorClient(EVC) or EmployerVendorImplementationpartnerClient(EVIC) contracts are fine but don't accept EVVC(EmployerVendorVendorClient) or EVVIC contracts(EmployerVendorVendorImplementationpartnerClient) contract.

Once again follow the rules and you will be fine.

everyone I know contractors or fulltime, all of them got approvals. A buddy of mine working on .net as a contractor got a 3 year extension recently. I feel  for people who get rejections. But when I start thinking about the level of ethics behind these people and the sponsors, not so sorry.

Not sure. My friends employer told he wont support the case and told sorry. He has few more months to find other job before current h1 expires.
