I'm currently working for a large Indian MNC(Service based), they've applied for my H1B Extension and it's been 193 days and the status on USCIS is still "Case Recieved" ... I'm a little hesitant to push it through premium ... My colleagues who had their H1B extension pushed to premium have got RFEs ... My 240 Days interim period ends Last week of April ... I'm into my 5th year of H1B ...

what is your technology?  is your i-94 still valid?

I highly recommend moving indian based MNC

Technology - Storage/Backup/VMware, getting my hands on Cloud Operations ... 

My I-94 expired on Aug 31st 2017 ...
