You should have international managerial exp for 1yr at least in last 3 yrs to do that. Just PM ayite not enough. MS mida vachinavallaki adi undadu so most are not eligible except if they came to US on h1b and are FT with client after coming here.

@TS:  anni occupation vallaki approve avutunnayi and rfe's vachi approve/decline avutunnayi so depends on their luck.
