Feb 26, 2018 Recently some rumours have surfaced that Nandamuri Balakrishna's noted house on the corner of the intersection of Road No 12 and 45 of Jubilee Hills will be turned into a big shopping mall soon. But that is not true. Here is how those gossips have actually emerged. Actually, Balayya owns another piece of land in Road No 36 and that is the place where this new shopping mall will come up. But the news about his own house is that the senior move star actually wants to move to Vijayawada. Because he has to find a new house anyway in Hyderabad now as Telangana Government is contemplating to green-lit the idea of a flyover on Road No 12. In that case, part of Balayya's house will be demolished for road extension purpose. Also with flyover going straight in front of his gate, the actor feels that Vastu of the house gets affected. But why the new house in Vijayawada then? According to the grapevine, Balayya thought that in case if he moves to Vijayawada, then his films will get made there in the 'sunrise' state of Andhra Pradesh and that way Tollywood will have its new wing developed in Andhra region as well rather just limiting themselves to Hyderabad. The authenticity of these rumours could not be verified but one has to see if the Hindupur MLA will really take the onus of developing a parallel film industry in Vijayawada. Quote
