Whey Protein Daily- Safe or bad?

I take whey protein almost every morning skipping standard breakfast. i make a protein shake out of whey, berries and sometimes with oats.

is it safe to take this whey every day. been doing this for 4 months now. just want to know if it is safe for health in long run.

 

i want to reduce this to only 4 days a week going forward, any suggestions?

animal product based proteins are always a risk. From joint problems like Arnold to prostrate cancer, there are many side effects. There are a lot of vegan powders out there. Even Costco has some.

As per I know, its ok but gives you Uncomfort in the stomach and not good more whey to body.

ayna , why daily.. ???

its better to take meat, fish and eggs...

4 days, i workout ba so i take it for sure.

remaining days also i prefer in the morning for kick start, this is where i want to make sure ante.

i do 3 days workout baa... i used to take whey protien.... chala uncomfort and gas feeling undey dhi...

so i stopped it and started taking eggs , chicken and fish only when doing upper body.

cardio appudu lite..

Whatever Biskot suggested is true ! Y simply relying on protein powders unless u r vegetarian!
