Roger_that Posted February 27, 2018 Report Posted February 27, 2018 I take whey protein almost every morning skipping standard breakfast. i make a protein shake out of whey, berries and sometimes with oats. is it safe to take this whey every day. been doing this for 4 months now. just want to know if it is safe for health in long run. i want to reduce this to only 4 days a week going forward, any suggestions? As per I know, its ok but gives you Uncomfort in the stomach and not good more whey to body. ayna , why daily.. ??? its better to take meat, fish and eggs... Quote
