Whey protein walla side effects kuda untayi don't be completely dependent on it for protein intake...If no work out you can skip whey for that day. Quote

I been in your situation..with out protein shake nenu gym ki poyevaadini kaadhu oka velaa poyinaaa body pump ayyedhi kaaadhu ala avvakapothe workout paina interest raaadhu... so slowly nenu started eating 3 whole eggs before work out...it helped.. 3 kakapothe eat 4... Regular Whey Protein isn't very efficient. Take Whey Isolate. I have been taking Whey Isolate for the past few years and never had any issues, it's very safe and effective. I recommend Naked Whey Protein Isolate. Quote

Your body loses muscle mass as you age, taking good quality protein like Whey Isolate is very helpful to maintain your muscle mass. Plus unlike a lot of vegan protein powders, Whey has all the essential amino acids as it's derived from milk protein which is a complete protein consisting of all the essential amino acids. Quote
