Whey Protein Daily- Safe or bad?

Breakfast entuku bhayya skip cheyyatam, take whey protein after work out thats better... 1 Scoop/day is enough for normal work out.

Whey protein walla side effects kuda untayi don't be completely dependent on it for protein intake...If no work out you can skip whey for that day.

nee body real protein ni digest cheskodhuu long run lo... as simple as that,, 4 days lo atleast 1 day eat real protein..

I been in your situation..with out protein shake nenu gym ki poyevaadini kaadhu oka velaa poyinaaa body pump ayyedhi kaaadhu ala avvakapothe workout paina interest raaadhu... 

so slowly nenu started eating 3 whole eggs before work out...it helped.. 3 kakapothe eat 4...

Mee mohalluu ey trainer / body builder ne adiginaa  ganee cheptaruu honest ga protein from food is always better anne 

protein from plant based kantey meat is best ( vegetarians miss b- vitamins )

Regular Whey Protein isn't very efficient. Take Whey Isolate.

I have been taking Whey Isolate for the past few years and never had any issues, it's very safe and effective.

I recommend Naked Whey Protein Isolate.

Taking Whey Isolate even if you aren't working out isn't an issue at all. Your body loses muscle mass as you age, taking good quality protein like Whey Isolate is very helpful to maintain your muscle mass.

Plus unlike a lot of vegan protein powders, Whey has all the essential amino acids as it's derived from milk protein which is a complete protein consisting of all the essential amino acids.

work out 4 days bro- morning chesta Mon-Thu pakka ga.

ragane after bath, i will mix whey, milk and berries- ade breakfast inka.
