Supplements edyaina avoid chesthe better vayya.. Long run not at all good.

Just think after 35 yrs you cannot maintain the same habits.

Better rely on natural food(Eggs, salmon,goat, chicken, turkey).

daily morning oka dozen egg whites tinu, stay away from those artificial shakes. summe rlo veg, fruit shakes taagu, chicken, salmon, tofu, brocolli, beans. think big maaaaaa

if you say whey is bad then milk is bad too... whey is concentrated milk protein ... its just that how you consume and when you consume.

there is a ratio of how much whey u need to consume depending on your workout , do not over use it.. protein is good but it will convert to fat if its not burnt..

Half gram protein per each pound of your weight per day is ok unless you are serious about body building (0.7 gram/lb) or a professional body builder (1 gram per lb). Natural protein from food antaaru but its not possible to get that.
