When you can get loan for 1-2%  why do u want to put so much money on a depreciating asset ?

paying using CC  is bad idea as you might hit with credit inquries and can damage your credit score.

Ayyiga loan apply chesko then  invest that money in long term stocks or index funds or atleast indian banks (7% interest vastundhi)  or real estate.

If you get a couple of hard inquires the score will take a dip temporarily and comes back up just fine. if you continue to hold large balances and pay only minimum payment then credit card route is not for you. However OP has cash on hand and my suggestion is only to pay off instantly.

If investing in India - factor exchange rate impacts and if you need the cash in USA how to get it back. 

Real estate is very case by case basis. Not sure if I can suggest anything or not.
