i94 expire ayyi 1 month aindi. h1 december lo rfe padindi, and jan lo attorney vallu rfe respond ayyyaru.  H1b denied ani telsindi. Please let me know what options I have.  Going through a hard time,

right now you don't have status....MTR file cheyochu but still out of status, ASAP country vadili vellipovali

your out of status as of now.Leave country immediately and ask you ur employer to file MTR while your in home country.

Yes as others said you dont have options to stay back in US for now.. You have to leave the country and file MTR

Don't go for MTR.. better refile new petition  in premium processing..submit proper evidences based on denial reason... You will get decision by 2-3 weeks.. be prepared to leave if it delays..

so atleast you can find some other job while in India and apply for another h1b while your employer files an MTR.

India ki povatam okkate option...denial notice vachinda ? Notice lo isthadu appeal cheskovacho ledo...na cousin ki same thing happened...she went to india and filed a new h1b with same company..processing nadustundi ippudu

As Others mentioned , you have to leave country BUT you have below options too-

1. File new petition as premium ASAP and wait for the result. 

2. If new petition approved 99% you will not get I-94, then you need to leave and get stamped then enter US with valid I-94. 

 

Note : wait for the reason Of denail and get all evendence and file  new petition. Ex : reason level 1 then file new LCA on level 2.

personal experinace and worked same for couple of my friends too.

Grad school vallu change cheyaru status as ur i-94 is expired so have to go for fresh f1 lo ravali.
