Did you talk to your lawyer? What they suggesting ? 

Filing a new H1 is an option but please check with your lawyer and hope things will work out for you

query em padindhi ? you can do H 1 b transfer or apply for new extension. oka sari lawyer tho mataladu. they will suggest.

Agree. But, I saw some where around 30days we can stay.... anyway it will take atleast 30days to know the reason of denail,  file new petition and result. So, he/she have to go for stamping if approved ASAP or leave for good not approved. Just entante chance tiskovadam.

If approved by gods grace COS approve kadu have to go to india for stamping
