don't do more down payment its not worth it.

If you are a first time buyer go with 3.75% loan and pay PMI for 6 months. Based on your area if home value appreciates then add another 5%.

al every 6 months ki chey. check with realtor in this way u pay less and your PMI will be gone.

Or try for lendor paid PMI.

Which state are you in ? MA lo oka local bank undi .. they give you no PMI option if you are first time home buyer a with 10% down. If you are from MA, PM me. I will send you details.

Don't think much about PMI, get a decent rate, obviously edo manchi appreciation vunna place lo ney kontunnavanukunta  

After you get settled, refinance. it will eliminate your PMI. All the best

PMI kattalsinde bro. Check with your local lenders some people may cut you a diff type of deal to get over PMI like second loan etc. Anni kurchuni math chesko, best deal edi anpisthe ala continue avvu.
