Thanks Yes, but what benefit are you going to get by doing it? Just asking. It;s additional money and you have to be with current employer for 6 months to lock the PD. I don't see any point. Quote

Thanks My friend is doing it today, he got rfe on H1b asking for i140 even tough he got 2 years left on h1b 6 year limit. if you dont have plan to move away from employer in 6-7 months or no h1b extension coming soon, no point for premium i140.. 1 Quote
