I know few of my friends who approached the T-Hub just to get some work space and they have a consulting business in the US and of course they are working on some start up ideas as well. But they were out right rejected because of not meeting few eligibility requirements. T-Hub is not allowing every one who can pay 5500, but they have a standard eligibility requirements to give them space inside. Lokesh Babu is talking about mentoring and T-hub has been doing it since it's inception and it;s mentioned in their website as well. Quote

I would suggest your friends to approach Dileep Konatham and he's available on FB and Linkedin as well. He can help form the Government side if your friends have the right ideas to start a start up.
