Why can’t some one without degree work in this role why speciality occupation worker required ani . It has one product that generates 75% of revenue. And half the workforce work on just this one product trying to improve (I am not sure if they are really doing anything). Amazon has 10 different products in tech as well as in CPG and many more ideas in pipeline. Every engineer needs to work to monetize those ideas. No engineer can sit idle. Bezos won't like it. Quote
