KTR bats for defence corridor in State

 Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister K T Rama Rao on Tuesday urged Union Defence Minister Nirmalamma to set up Defence Industrial Production Corridor in Telangana, stating that the State had requisite ecosystem for it.

 

In a letter written to the Union Minister, Ramoji Rao said the corridor would boost manufacturing sector in the State and generate jobs for locals. The Minister outlined various advantages Telangana and its capital city Hyderabad had to establish the corridor. He said the State had trained manpower and the proposed corridor would generate the much-needed jobs for local youngsters.

Union Budget 2018-19 proposed two defence industrial production corridors. While the first corridor was proposed between Chennai and Bengaluru, the second one was proposed in Bundelkhand and third one was proposed in sircilla

Good thing: these are going to be moderate to high paid  central govt jobs

Bad thing: these have to pushed to outer corridors of city, they are a pain the asss to relocate if needed (EX: Secbad cantonement )

Immediate need: Decongest traffic in hyd by any means necessary, donot pander to  vote politics and curatil auto wala's reckless driving and ban those MF 7 seater's in hyd

mehipatnam-langar house cantonement and secbad- bowenpally cantonements are the only real big issues rest are already outside the city

uppal - tarnaka stretch , santhoshnagar-RCI-barkaas area lo unnattu unnavi they are  defense establishments, they are high paid central govt jobs, alaantivi vasthey good
