Monsanto employee got his H1B extension denied

Got to know today, friend of mine. STL lo working in Monsanto, I 140 already approved and filed for extension on his H1B after finishing 6 years. Got denied now re-considering his options. 

Not trying to scare you, FT unte full safe ani feel avvakandi music is about to start for all extensions/amendments/transfers.

Are you on GC? Or Citizen. Do you have any idea on what basis they rejected pls share it. Don't scare the people ..

Yes I have the reason as well. They stated that the role for which they requested his H1B extension wasn't a specialty occupation, even with all the supporting documentation they put up they were not convinced that it was a specialty occupation.

Since Jan two of my friends FT got their extensions got denied. Deloitte and Capital One.

My GF AT&T EVC model got her transfer approved today. So some times it is luck.
