It is clear that USCIS vallu can't reject all applications. Random gaa reject sestharu. But mesthri kinda coolies , non CS back ground people , Wage level 1 people will have more chances of getting rejected. Ala ani andarini reject seyyaleru. Since that number will be big. But surely those rejections numbers will raise a lot. so its pure luck factor now. 

Just be prepared to face worst case scenario.

Yes plus more emphasis needs to be put on the specialty occupation description since that seems to be the basis of rejection. Earlier they used to issue RFEs for such situations, now a days they are straight away rejecting without even issuing the RFEs. In such cases, the fee will still be pocketed by them which would discourage employers in the future from filing for more petitions if they can't come up with a better way to explain the "specialty occupation". 

But of course, kondarochi idantha buss 90% approval rates ani crying start chestharu ikkada.

I think he does a bit of coding in Python, so it's not like it's a total no coding job. Coding or no coding I don't think matters as much as whether the petitioner convinces the USCIS case adjudication officer if his occupation falls under a specialty occupation or not.

Agreed. USCIS vaadu emi pani paata lekunda kotha bills theesukoni raadu kada. They have to back up those bills implementation success with some stats in future. So rejections will surely raise in future.
