UMR has a good reputation in the Midwest, plenty of UMR grads used to work for Sprint(back in the days), and later Monsanto as well.

IE in general veezee ne maa Electrical tho choosukunte ani maa volla feeling in general appatlo. But IE dept lo kooda nenu 5 courses chesa, andulo OR was one of the difficult ones. Of course, aa professor known to be tough in general so maybe that's why I felt it wasn't so easy.

Latest memo prakaram ga choosukunte: 

1) Latest memo says the "real" employer is the client so the definition of specialty occupation needs to be provided from the client's side. If that's done, they should also given an explanation of how they monitor or use the resources of the person occupying that specialty occupation. 

2) If the client monitors and supervises the specialty occupation on a day to day basis, it pretty much nullifies the Neufeld memo that came earlier which stated that the petitioner aka mestri who's filing the H1B petition needs to monitor and supervise the day to day functioning of the H1B employee. 

So medakesthe kaluki, kalikesthe medaki annattu situation create ayindi ippudu. If the client gives a detailed explanation of the specialty occupation and day to day supervision of the contractor working at their client site, USCIS would come back and say in this case the petitioning employer(mestri) isn't actually controlling their day to day work so they can't approve that petition.
