Stop these approved / not approved individual posts and asking people to worry/not worry.

It is clear that USCIS vallu can't reject all applications. Random gaa reject sestharu. But mesthri kinda coolies , non CS back ground people , Wage level 1 people will have more chances of getting rejected. Ala ani andarini reject seyyaleru. Since that number will be big. But surely those rejections numbers will raise a lot. so its pure luck factor now. 

Just be prepared to face worst case scenario.

What benefit would Murthy get by scaring people? 

It's not like they are prepared to provide the description required to satisfy USCIS's list of what constitutes a specialty occupation. Some cases will be approved of course, no one's saying there will be a 100% rejection of cases under the EVVC model. But the number of rejections will rise due to the recently released memo, that's what that podcast says quite clearly.

But if you listen to the podcast even they aren't sure about how to respond to some of these queries USCIS has been sending, they themselves aren't sure what to do. 

Legal help kosam approach avvachu janalu but in this case even they aren't sure what sort of legal help they can provide.

They just have to solve it. they will trial few cases. few goats.. like you and me... that is it. they will crack it.. thats how. it works.
