Record breaking EB1 abuse numbers

Just in 2016 & 2017    15,897 & 24, 042 petitions  its like 120 times higher than entire history of EB1. Leaving no room for spills in next 20 years. EB2 won't get extra slots other than what is allocated.

This is debated in 2016. Chinchukoni waste. They did it because our gc regular processing time takes forever.

 

Eb1 gc is backed up by lobbyists..

 

Technically a h1b person who is on 10 year h1b visa should be ideally promoted to eb1 post.

 

So these h1b uncles are going to India and coming back after 1 year in managers role.

 

So real abuse is even after 10 years on h1b they can get gc or at least file for ead with advanced payroll . So real problem is here in h1b eb2 system

Idi abuse category lo ki rademo as per USCIS definition. However, a regular H1B filing comes under "abuse" which is why they demand detailed explanation about specialty occupation that needs to be in such a way that the 5th grader at USCIS can understand, in order to approve the petition.

USCIS knows this is an abuse as well, they got paid well by WITCH companies perhaps. LOL.

it gives a estimate on the furture dates movement bro. Maybe neeku avasaram undakapovochu, but so far we got spill over from EB1, to EB2. EB2 India receives 2,809 immigrant visas (Green Cards) every year. On the top of it, it receives spill over from EB1, EB4, EB5 and EB2 - ROW. Typically, unused numbers from EB4 and EB5 go to EB1. Unused numbers from EB1 goes to EB2. In EB2, all the spillover go to most retrogressed country (India in this case) till it reaches the next retrogressed (China in this case).

EB1 is now subjected to be same wait times as EB2. They have 14k petitions pending as of end of 2017.  That's the beauty. EB1 is no longer considered golden palm.
