USCIS New Memo. Notice of Intent to Deny notices

Based on the new memo, it looks like they are sending out a bunch of notice of intent to denys asking for a copy of the contract and work order between all the parties involved. H1 extensions and transfers pending unna vallu start working on this immediately. Ask your vendor for a copy of the contract and PO between them and the client. Sensitive information ni black out cheyyamanadi or ask them to remove the pages in the contract with sensitive information.

My GF got a NOID last friday and lucky ga she already had this information from the vendor. RFE response fax cheste two days lo she got approval. Stay positive and it looks like the vendors and clients are also adopting because most of the consultants are asking for these documents.

Client letter kaadu babu a copy of the contract and work order between client and vendor. usual gaa vendor letter and client letter istaru kani contract share cheyyaru unless you push them..
