Waste of time seriously. They are selling 120sq.ft. For 29 lakhs and giving 20,000 monthly rent after GST. For every 120 sq.ft. You will have to invest 29 lakhs and get 20k rent..Rental income is good but there won’t be any growth for your investment. After 10 years I’m sure you won’t get more than 35 lakhs for your 29 lakhs. If you invest the same on outskirts or on agricultural lands, you will get three times higher... Quote
