With the new wage level changes and client documentation requirements still 90% of the H1s are getting approved. Please stop living in fear and spreading fear.

There are more RFEs but most of the clients are adapting and giving out contracts. Nenu chese client lo TCS vaadu TCS ki client ki madhya unna contract at any cost iche vadu kadu. But today they gave it to one of the consultants after the new memo.

Off course there are some cases like non-IT back grounds, non accredited universities. But as long as you have a bachelors or MS in CS and client/vendor in EVC model that is willing to share all the docs, you will be fine. If you are working at a client site where they will not give the docs at any cost change the client immediately.

This is true. 5% rejections ekkuva ayina it shows major impact. Every client location lo we have 100's of employees working, we can't really gauge the depth and scope of the impact in AFDB. edo mana sarada kosam tappa we are no one to say.
