Guys, I have a question and can someone give inputs for my situation.

Naa old mesthri naa H1B revoke chessadu in the month of November and USCIS online status prakaram revoke ayyindhi Feb 8th. I initiated H1b transfer in the month November itself but because of current time line,,,my transfer is still pending...ippudu time bagha ledu kada...per suppose any denial vasthe options emi untayee....work chestunna and client patram kuda submit chessa but little worried as new employer history of filing with in house projects and has red flag with USCIS..options emi untayee in case of denial..jokes vaddu bhayya..only serious suggestions plz...

conert to premium ASAP, deny aithe you don't have I-94 since previous H1 already withdrawn, red flag unte asalu ee company ki enduku vachaav

premium ki erojae update chessa bro...anduke started to feel the tension....15 days lo result vastundhi kada..have to prepare with all the options...were there any case where h1b will be denied even with RFE....employer ki aa history undi last one month lonae telisindhi as one of guy of gotdenied..

nenu mestri ki notice ichi join iyyanu receipt pyna.... RFE vachindhi transfer ki maa mestri naa H1 April varaku unchutha anadu...worst case scenario lo can I go back to my old employer? If yes, what all things should I do to join Old mestri.... ee kotha company vadu emo don't worry we don't have any rejections yet...... you should be fine antunadu... worst case lo we will try to convert to corp to corp antunadu.... pichi lesthundhi ee visa gola tho....

since your old one is gone in feb this year, and before that you already started new application so you are still in status as of now.

once this application get denied you will go into out of status immediately as you should leave country immediately. but some people say you have 10 days grace period which I don't think mentioned particular in any USCIS policy.

You should be ready with new employer to apply new h1b transfer immediately as soon as you hear about denial from second employer. and approval will depend on your luck and some times you get approval with out i94 since you went out of status of 2-3 weeks before you applied with 3 employer..

yeah andhuka most of the people only go after approva with new employer..bcz of wait times now a days every one if going with new employer on just receipt number and its very risky move espicially if old employer revoked h1b in mean time.

neeku antha manche jarugu kaka Bro... Without any issues vastey future lo Warangal Bhadrakali Temple visit cheyyu... neeku approval letter vastudi Bro.. dont worry at all.. if you drink, have a couple of beers and watch Malleshwari movie and sleep well... Your approval is already written..

Regardless of when the @USCIS completes the petition the day when they received your employer petition to revoke is when the clock starts. So if your current transfer gets into trouble you have no choice but to go out of country.

I doubt this endukante how do we even know that day?? All we can rely on is the online status. All my old petitions show now that on so and so date we have sent a notice to revoke ani...so that so and so date is when your clock  begins. Just my opinion
