Not everyone is risk taker like you. With the current economic situtation, desi IT people who are in h1 have no leverage in the salary matters. When we make statements, we need to tell whether that is standard or outlier. This is outlier, not the standard for desi IT h1 people! Quote

In both the cases h1b sponsorship comes into picture before getting job offer.... I am not following h1b news since some time now. Is the condition that bad? Are h1b transfers getting rejected.. I genuinely don't have info about this.. I see lot of h1b's joining our company every week. So I am assuming h1b transfers are not tough. But please do correct me if i am wrong. Good night Quote

How would attorney file LCA/h1, if there is no info on salary and offer letter with candidate? All my replies are based on threads from db folks on h1.
