Lands allocate chestunnaru but if the land they are allocating is coming in any of the litigated lands then your registration is stuck. CBN doesn't want to raise voice on this now until election is over. So these won't become a big issue until then. Same with grama kantalu, he is not saying anything those who didn't give (for example my own family members did not give few lands) and some of the people in nearby areas. CBN is not forcing them, but for those who already gave and they get their plot allocated in any of these peoples lands that transaction won't complete. CBN can divert that and allocate them somewhere but practically not a good idea still it's something doable. There is no doubt you will be benefited but depends on situation. Like yours who spent lot of money to buy may not see imminent compared to own lands and native to area seeing the good benefits depending on their expectation. Quote
