heard the initial investment will be around 6 crores. but main thing is we should have atleast 2 acres adjacent to the road.

Waste,,,,,,, Deice when you wanted to loose money.........AP lo onceupon a time good running business ....now it is rockbottom ....not for newcomers like you....

If you are into  comission/dealer/broker/dalari  business of pulses, you can probably get into cold storage..............if you are IT guy, just donot go into it....

Simple one fail case................Farmers will rent space from you....say for example, 10 acers of mirchi,,, farmer will store in your storage, .. they deal like this, they donot pay month to month RENT to you. But they say, you can deduct money when they sell MIRCHI, with interest rate of 3Rs....................... Then the real disco starts, ...........farmers donot sell crop(because market doesnt give good MSP) , you donot get rental money forever........Then you will make a deal with Farmer that you can sell his crop and take out your rent.................then...BANKER will come into picture....

Many farmers taking crop loans and not paying banks, under impression of loan waiving by government........This is more and more , every farmer doing..........

 

Story come back to you, when you try to sell farmers MIRCHI, banker will block, since he wanted to recover his AGri. Loan.....................

 

This is just one Use case of loosing money in CLOD storage...........................just invest in Less people interacting business.............
