If you want to get that money appreciate then buy commercial land. Take loan and use your money and buy a small size commercial land, it will give you returns in long run. Many people will make fun but Amaravati lo decent land vastadhi but it requires effort to do transactions, if you don't have enough support then better buy some apartment and rent it.
