I just completed watching Jaitley's speech.

Seems TDP is now completely cornered. 

Jaitley explained with numbers clearly, the revenue deficit, grant system, international financial assistance and repayment etc. He has lot of clarity. 

Lets see what TDP comes up with. I believe the regular non sense rotta but wish they could come up with some good numbers and proofs than demands.

I am not sure what you mean by diverting funds. No politician can take funds and divert them to their accounts. If there is money allocated to a project and politicians get a kickback from contractors (from contractors margin), that's a different story but possible.
