Its not in the Bill due to games played by BJP and Congress at that time. Going to court is not an option for anything IMHO, as that will drag things forever

ikkada chala mandhi billo billo ani arisi gola peduthunnaru....AP chavata daddamma MPs and all party leaders should have ensured to include MMS words in the Bill (If it is not in the bill)

Telangana was not formed because its already in a bill. it's the fighting that will lead to political decisions and eventually into a bill. 

the reality is If you don't fight for something you will never get it. at least that's how things seem to work  in my opinion

I was referrering, and this thread is about, the people who are saying why Center is not “Implementing” the Reorg-bill, by not granting special status to AP.
