i think simple chain link is the best , wood in the north is worst option as it rots with snow , vinyl is good but very expensive 

but it is always better to do chain link which will be better with you neighbor

privacy akkarle anukunte, chain link is cheaper. 

adhi kuda kaadhu anukunte evergreen bushes plant chesko. cheap and best!

price parle, look bagundali ante, vinyl white picket fence is your best option.

Yeah.. normally entha lo a ypithadi wood ayithey.. moreover maa inti back and left side ki wood fence undi .. only right side ki kavali naku.. danikey vadu 4k plus cheptunnadu.

vinyl is good nenu 4 yrs back veyyinchaa... it looks new now too.. but lil exp..

wooden fense is waste... weather wise and also its changes color...
