JC Diwakar Reddy creates ruckus outside Parliament

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Member of Parliament (MP) J.C.Diwakar Reddy created a ruckus outside Parliament, while prostesting. Both TDP and YSRCP members are protesting with placards and sloganeering, outside Parliament, for Special Category Status to Andhra Pradesh (AP). While they were standing in different rows, JC deliberately went to the YSRCP members and provoked them by twisting his moustache. Even as they began clashing, police intervened and passified them. Later, JC said that TDP ministers have decided to resign as the BJP refused to give anything for AP people.
