Your subject title says it all .. just live with it .. there is no permanent cure .. try to control the triggers .. regular usage of steroids/inhalers weakens the lungs..

acutally homeopathy does wonders if you get right doctor who gives u medicines. 

Homeo doctor evvaraithe neee situation konni . days  study chesi tabs isthaado he is good doctor,, anthe kaaaani doc daggariki poyaamaa venten tabs ichaadaa vesukunnamaaa ani kaaadhu.. homeo works differently on differen ppl... same medicine will work for u and may not work on others though same health issue.. so its all about studying your body by doc and then medicines based on the study outcome

It actually worked for me. oka 6 yrs complete ga poyindhi. tarvatha stress vall trigger aindhi.
